STARTING SALARY RANGE:
All positions are subject to additional locality supplements.
- NH-02 = $33,878 to $80,737 (Base Salary)
- NH-03 = $74,441 to $115,079 (Base Salary)
- NH-04 = $104,604 to $156,950 (Base Salary)

OPEN POSITIONS:
Budget Analyst, NH-02: Entry level position, responsible of planning, preparing, and monitoring the formulation and budget execution for budget administration and preparation of requirement packages. This role will directly advise the portfolio on contracting strategies to implement a modernized approaches to contracting for software development using agile processes. Requires Financial Management Certification.
Acquisition Specialist, NH-03: Responsible for oversight in the program management areas of cost, schedule, and performance. Providing system integration, interoperability and portfolio management. Engaging in long-range Army needs, planning, project planning, program management, technical oversight and quality assurance.
Acquisition Manager, NH-04: Responsible management official, of prominent Agile acquisition leader in the development of business systems for the Army of the future. Provides all aspects of the acquisition life cycle with a multi-million-dollar annual budget. Interfaces with external stakeholders and represents the organization at Defense, Joint and Industry levels.
Product Lead, NH-04: Responsible management official, leading and contributing to complex agile implementation of new business practices and modern technology to enable solutions for critical cross-PEO capabilities. provides overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, product improvements, fielding, and sustainment of the project. Coordinates, integrates, leads and directly controls the efforts associated with the assigned program.
Assistant Program Manager, NH-03: Responsible for managing new systems through advanced development, production and fielding undergoing extensive modification, retrofit, or rebuild. Develops operational budgets for assigned projects and analyzes acquisition program evaluation documentation. Providing technical expertise and contracting principles to documentation review that is providing advance capabilities in critical cross-functional capabilities.
Information Technical Career Fields:
IT Specialist (SysAnalysis), NH-03: Advises on IT principles, concepts and methods, including state-of-the-art and emerging techniques and products, to recommend appropriate technical strategies to resolve complex and persistent IT challenges. Monitors system integration while providing technical advice to the PM/PdM for program management areas of cost, schedule, and performance; and specifically in the systems of integration, interoperability, technical design and implementation. Serves as the IT system analyst technical expert preparing alternatives and recommendations for the organization.
IT Specialist (INFOSEC), NH-03: Searching for a dynamic individual to spearhead cybersecurity efforts in the Army’s recruiting programs. Providing critical data crucial to military operations. Service as the Information Assurance Security Manager to provide required Network Defense-In-Depth for the Program Manager and its customers.
IT Specialist (APPSW), NH-03: Responsible of design, development and implementation of application and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Technical expertise and oversight to the planning, integration, and implementation of the software applications. Develop project plans and makes key technical decisions relating to system and product development/integration of new and existing application software.
IT Specialist (Data), NH-03: Responsible of operating in a data platform IT system environment for analytical use through data modeling, data flow, data storage, and data recovery. Implementing data strategies for data acquisition and data architectures to support the date warehouse environments. Applies software development lifecycle methodologies by collaborating with programmers, engineers and organizational leaders.
Supervisory IT Specialist (Operations Support), NH-04: Responsible for the overall planning, direction, and administration of information technology (IT) programs. Serving multiple functions to include the acquisition of systems hardware and systems software, and related services and supplies. Technical expert in systems software environments, with high-level technical expertise to accomplish integration of hardware/software systems for projects which typically involve analyses of systems with high visibility or widespread impact within the organization.
IT Specialist (Enterprise Architect), NH-03: Embark on a transformative journey revolutionize the digital landscape. Responsible for driving force seamless systems, robust infrastructure, and unparalleled IT solutions and agile digital transformation. Formulating, planning, implementing, managing, tracking and evaluating large scale and extremely complex enterprise architecture projects and their associated requirements and risks.
IT Specialist, (Software/Hardware), NH-03: Will lead a team of personnel in planning, conducting, and or directing highly complex studies/analyses to improve software development. Facilitates coordination and alignment across software development teams, including end-to-end software design and interface coordination. Determines methods for sequencing and software/hardware operating configuration to accept new requirements and resolve processing malfunctions.
