  1. OMIS-A starts new chapter 

    ​​​​​​​“We're saying goodbye to the institution that bound us together for so long, but we're also celebrating the foundation of a new program to continue the mission,” Steve Reichard said during a ceremony hosted by Col. (Promotable) RJ Mikesh on April 12 at Fort Detrick. The ceremony disestablished the charter for Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) and established the charter for Operational Medicine Information Systems – Army (OMIS-A). 
  2. FMS-ACES kicks off competitive prototype

    April 23, 2024
    On March 25, 2024, Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems’ (PEO EIS) Foreign Military Sales – Army Case Execution System (FMS-ACES) product office kicked off its competitive prototype phase by inviting two vendors to develop demo products as part of FMS-ACES’ Other Transaction Authority solicitation process.
  3. Army rolls out new digital learning platform

    April 10, 2024
    U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) has launched ATIS Learning, a new and improved enterprise learning management system (LMS) that will serve as the Army’s primary platform for asynchronous digital learning. 
  4. Steve Reichard leads OMIS-A transformation

    Steve Reichard, product lead for Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4)/Operational Medicine Information Systems – Army (OMIS-A), manages a team of 46 people transforming how the Army develops, tests and delivers health IT capabilities to Soldiers deployed overseas.
